Orders placed on Needzzy can only be cancelled within a limited time frame, before the store/vendor has processed and dispatched the order. Once the order is packed, shipped, or out for delivery, cancellation will not be allowed. In case of prepaid orders cancelled within the permitted window, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as Needzzy wallet credit, as per company policy. Orders for perishable items such as fresh groceries, food, and medicines are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed, except in rare cases of unavailability or system error. Needzzy reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or delivery restrictions, and in such cases, a full refund will be provided. Customers are advised to check order details carefully before confirming to avoid inconvenience.
