At Needzzy, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy for most orders, as products like groceries, medicines, and fresh food are perishable and cannot be resold once delivered. However, in rare and genuine cases, returns or refunds will be accepted if the delivered product is wrong, expired, damaged, defective, or does not match the description provided at the time of order. Customers must raise such complaints within 24 hours of delivery by providing valid proof (such as order ID, invoice, and product images). After verification, Needzzy may issue a refund, replacement, or credit in the user’s account balance, depending on the situation. Refund timelines may vary based on payment method and banking partners. Please note that change of mind, taste preference, or delay due to external/unavoidable reasons (traffic, weather, vendor issues, or force majeure events) will not be considered valid grounds for refund or return.
